Channel Sales Manager – UK

About the position

We are looking for a goal-oriented Channel Sales Manager for recruiting, maintaining, and expanding our partner network in the United Kingdom. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales, partner recruitment and partner engagement objectives.

What will you do exactly?

• Develop proper channel coverage plan, proactively qualified & recruit new partners, provide support to existing partners
• Meet assigned personal sales quota.
• Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners.
• Manage deal registrations, lead sharing, forecast and pipeline with the partners
• Work with channel marketing to perform local marketing activities with the partners
• Reviews Top Go To Partner performance quarterly with key stakeholders.
• Maintain productive, professional, relationships with key stakeholder personnel within Top Focus Partners.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
• Ensure proper onboarding of all partners
• Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
• Identify demand generation and build pipeline across the assigned territory.

What skills do you have?

• Five plus (5+) years sales experience of managing channel programs and relationships in SaaS environment.
• Driven, highly motivated and results driven.
• Proven, successful track record of generating revenue and closing business with channel partners.
