Product Manager

About the position

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Product Manager with a hands-on approach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: defining how our product will look in the future, helping us stay two steps ahead of the competition, and interacting with our customers, prospects and teams within Perception Point.

What will you do exactly?

● Lead and be responsible for product areas and/or business objectives
● Define and prioritize product roadmap, initiative and features
● Manage cross-functional initiatives
● Work with a multidisciplinary team of developers, researchers, testers, marketeers, and designers to find and solve problems
● Analyze competitors and perform market research
● Act as the driving force to product innovation, development and experimentation
● Drive breakthrough solutions to optimize the business needs and value proposition
● Understand your users to constantly identify and solve problems with the biggest impact potential
● Work in a fast-growing startup that provides next-gen cybersecurity solutions

What skills do you have?

● 3+ years’ experience in product management
● Passion for users, business and data
● Ability to handle product discovery of customer or business problems
● Excellent prioritization skills and ability to break down problems into small pieces that drive impact
● Experience in the software industry
● Strategic thinker with strong data driven, analytical and organizational skills
● Experience in leading cross-functional teams to a successful outcome
● Analytical, detailed-oriented and well organized
● A “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality, motivated to achieve results and deliver impact
● Outstanding communication skills and are a strong team player
● Work well in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent people management skills
● Excellent English speaking and writing skills
● Cybersecurity knowledge – an advantage
