About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition and HR Administrator. This role is critical in supporting our company’s growth and development by effectively managing the recruitment process, HR administrative tasks, and employee welfare programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, the ability to multitask, and a passion for finding the right talent across both local and international landscapes.

Responsibilities


• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, both locally and globally, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from the initial contact to the conclusion of their interview process.

• Manage processes and projects including engagement activities, training programs, and welfare & wellbeing plans.

• Manage, maintain, and implement HR policies and procedures using tools like Comeet and HiBob.

• Manage the full employee life cycle: onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.

Requirements


• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or a recruiter agency).

• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and professional.

• Friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, with a positive and can-do approach.

• Excellent written and spoken English, with a preference for candidates who have experience working with US-based teams.

• Familiarity with HR/recruitment tools.
